• Implemented immediate additional paid sick time provisions of 10 days for all front
line IHN staff in order to participate in physical distancing efforts.
• Began remote work on March 17 with 100% of hospital-based staff remote by the EOD March
• Postponed or moved all IHN convenings to a virtual format effective March 17.
• Instituted Emergency Paid Sick Leave as prescribed under the Families First Coronavirus
Response Act by April 1.
• Instituted Emergency Family Medical Leave benefits as prescribed under the Families First
Coronavirus Response Act by April.
