Celebrating Health Centers in Action
To honor National Health Centers Week, our partners are hosting events that celebrate patients, recognize staff, and bring critical health and wellness resources directly into the community. From back-to-school bashes and free health screenings to gratitude walls and outreach for unhoused neighbors, these activities highlight the heart of what Health Centers do best—care for everyone, regardless of circumstances.
