At the Integrated Health Network (IHN), we understand that the journey to true health equity requires intentional, community-centered partnerships and collaborations.
That’s why we partner with community health centers, hospitals, public health departments, universities, and other safety net institutions to close the gaps in care — particularly for the most medically vulnerable and historically excluded communities. In fact, IHN member organizations represent more than 90% of our region’s safety net healthcare providers.
Partners
The IHN is composed of four federally qualified health center (FQHC) systems, three major hospital systems, two medical schools, and two public health departments — all working to coordinate care across the St. Louis region.
“IHN is a respected entity that’s counted on to bring all the voices for the safety net together.”
— Angela Clabon, CEO, CareSTL Health
Our Network
We strive for quality, accessible, and affordable healthcare services for all residents of Metropolitan St. Louis. Our role is not only to provide access to essential healthcare services, but also to address the social and structural determinants of health that contribute to avoidable adverse health outcomes and disparities.
Together with our partners, we work to create the conditions necessary for a stronger, healthier St. Louis by making health and social safety net services efficient, effective, and equitable.

How We Partner
The IHN welcomes the opportunity for collaboration in alignment with our mission and values. We hold ourselves accountable to our guiding principles and seek partners who share our commitment to those principles, as well as mutual accountability.
