About Danielle Landers, LPN
Danielle started with the IHN in March 2015 as a Community Referral Coordinator with Inpatients at Barnes Jewish Hospital. She currently serves as a CRC Supervisor. She has a B.A. in Anthropology with a focus on Public Health from Washington University in St. Louis. Danielle’s expertise is in community health. Prior to joining the IHN she worked as a nurse for ten years at the Medium Security Institution of St. Louis City and in the Women’s Health department at Affinia Healthcare. Danielle participates in the IHN’s Transitions of Care Task Force and our joint research project around discharge communication. She is active in the community as a member of the Disaster Action Team for the American Red Cross, the United Way, St. Louis Area Food Bank, Nine Network, Hazelwood School District, and leads the outreach ministry at her church. When asked why she is glad to be a part of the IHN and its commitment to excellence, Danielle shares, “This is an exciting time to be a part of the IHN and its mission. The network is continually growing and expanding and changing our community, and I am thankful to be a part of it all!”
